Your tickets are attached to this email. Please check them carefully to verify your performance dates, times, and seats. NOTE: If you have requested tickets to be emailed to you, you MUST physically print the tickets out to present them at the door for entry. We are not able to accept bar codes electronically from phones or tablets.
General Info:
All performances are at the Mobile Civic Center Theater - 401 Civic Center Drive, Mobile, Alabama 36602.
All performances are approximately two (2) hours including an intermission. Doors to the Civic Center Theater lobby open one (1) hour before all scheduled performances and seating begins a half-hour before each performance. Please arrive early and enjoy our lobby activities, including concession areas, cash bars, photo opportunities and shopping at the Mobile Ballet Boutique.
The Civic Center Theater shares the parking lot with the Civic Center Arena, so please allow ample time for parking and seating (Civic Center parking is $5 per vehicle, cash only).
Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of House Management.
Ticket Refund Policy:
All sales are FINAL for all ticket purchases for individual performances. No exchanges and no refunds.
